Our return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of purchase. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange.


• Eligibility for Return:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.
It must be returned in its original packaging.


• Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods (such as food and flowers), newspapers, magazines, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, and flammable liquids or gases.
Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:Gift cards
Downloadable software products
Some health and personal care items


• Proof of Purchase:
To initiate a return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required.

• Manufacturer Returns:
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

• Partial Refunds (if applicable):
In some situations, partial refunds may be granted, including but not limited to:Books with obvious signs of use
Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record
Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Returns requested more than 30 days after delivery

• Refunds (if applicable):
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable):
If you haven't received your refund after approval, please follow these steps:Contact your credit card company; there may be a delay before the refund is posted.
Contact your bank as they may have processing times.

• Sale Items (if applicable):
Only regular priced items are eligible for refunds; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

• Exchanges (if applicable): - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a product for the same item, please email us at orders@marquisbeverage.com and send the item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the returned item, we'll mail you a gift certificate.
If the item wasn't marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will issue a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of the return.

You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable, and the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on your location, the time it takes for the exchanged product to reach you may vary.
For items exceeding $75 in value, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item.
